Terms of Use

The agreement between you and Possible Club when you use Possible.

These terms

Using possibleclub.com or the Possible app means you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use Possible. The service is provided by Possible Club.

Who may use Possible

An account is created or approved by an adult — a parent, guardian, or a member of staff acting for a school. A child uses Possible with that adult’s permission and supervision. If you create an account for a school or organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

Your account

Keep the details on the account accurate, keep the means of signing in to yourself, and tell us at founder@possibleclub.com if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

What you may not do

What you add

What you put into Possible stays yours. You give us permission to store, display and process it as far as is needed to run the service for you and the people you have linked to the account. You confirm you have the right to add it.

Not professional advice

The growth charts, immunisation schedule, goal suggestions, reading material and anything else in Possible are general reference, assembled from public sources. They are not medical, psychological or educational advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for a professional who knows the child.

Always ask a qualified doctor or teacher about the child in front of you. Where a doctor’s schedule differs from anything shown in Possible, follow the doctor.

The service as it is

Possible is provided as it is and as available. We may add, change, pause or withdraw features, and we may need to take the service down for maintenance. We work to keep it running and our data safe, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of faults.

Other services

Possible can connect to services run by others, such as Google sign-in or chess.com. Those are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Suspending or closing an account

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where it is needed to protect other people or the service. You may close your account at any time — see the data deletion page for what happens to the information in it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data arising from the use of Possible, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Possible changes. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and continuing to use Possible after a change means accepting the updated terms.
